The NCMPS Coaches Training is designed for adults preparing to do coaching work in schools, and leadership teams who will be working with them.

Montessori Coaching is a holistic framework for supporting Montessori teachers in classrooms, and for partnering with school leadership teams to help the whole school grow towards an environment supporting human development and flourishing.

This seven-week online training prepares coaches to support effective, equitable Montessori classroom practice and to work with school leaders to grow and strengthen developmentally supportive practices throughout the school. Throughout the course, an array of field-tested NCMPS resources and tools will be shared and explored, including rubrics, protocols, checklists, surveys, and reporting templates, facilitating the assessment of school and classroom high-fidelity practices.

“NCMP Coaches Training provided the optimal delivery, learning and resources to support me to onboard a thoughtful and reflective coaching model in my school. The resources you have access to after the training are valuable tools and provide an ease to do this work.”
