The teaching team in a Montessori classroom is a unique partnership. The roles and responsibilities aren’t always clear: Is it leader and follower? A team of equals? A flowing dance? It can be different from school to school, from classroom to classroom, and even from day to day. Clarity and communication are essential to a successful working relationship.

Montessori Classroom Teaming is a course designed for teaching teams to take together, working through 12 self-paced modules exploring:

• Roles, responsibilities, and expectations
• Classroom stewardship
• Systems and structures
• Observation
• Communication and collaboration

The modules are designed for classroom teams to work through together during weekly meetings. Each module includes up to one hour of pre-work.

We recommend that assistants complete the Montessori Assistants Training before enrollment in this course.

Enrollment is $250/person with a minimum purchase of two seats per classroom..
