David Ayer

David oversees communications and network development, including MontessoriPublic, the Montessori Census, and Teach Montessori.
David holds an AMI Primary Diploma and a M.Ed in Montessori. He has taught in public and private schools, developed programs and curriculum, and worked in Montessori school startup, leadership, writing, and advocacy.
David lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife, AMI Elementary trainer Elise Huneke-Stone. Their two children, both Montessori teachers, live nearby.
