Lisa holds AMI Primary and Elementary diplomas, Adolescent Orientation certificate, AMI NIMBLE CoRE certificate, and a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Inclusive Education from St. Joseph College in West Hartford, Connecticut. She has worked in public, charter, and independent Montessori settings as a classroom teacher, inclusion facilitator, instructional coach, consultant, and teacher educator.

Lisa is passionate about Montessori as a movement for peace and social justice. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, access, and the thoughtful development and design of inclusive, community-rooted school environments where all children and adults experience belonging, dignity, and opportunities for human flourishing. Before joining NCMPS, she supported Montessori schools and educators through consulting, coaching, and residency-based teacher preparation with a focus on inclusive practice, adult learning, and fully implemented Montessori environments.
